Backstage Pass

Opening the door…

Moderation: you hold the ceiling

Set the stance once; it runs every stream, every stage, and every replay after. Louder actions always wait for you.

The room moderates itself; you hold the ceiling. Set the policy once at Studio → Moderation and it runs every stream, every stage, and every replay after. There is no per-show wizard to re-answer — the rare live that needs a different temperature gets a one-screen stance override, and that's it.

The moderation policy screen: three stances, the autonomy select, the house rules line, and the on-the-record counts
  1. The stance: Relaxed, Standard, or Strict — in plain words, not thresholds.
  2. How it acts: quietly on its own (the default), queue-only, or off.
  3. On the record: how many were quietly muted, of how many chatters, and how many you reversed.
Studio → Moderation. Set once; the counts underneath are real rows, never estimates.

The stance

What it can do alone — and what waits for you

The moderator's only autonomous action is the quiet mute: the fan keeps chatting and sees their own messages normally, the room stops receiving them. It's reversible and costs a wrong call nothing — that's why it's the default. Everything louder — a visible timeout, closing chat for someone — is yours alone; the moderator can only queue those for you, with its reasoning attached. Unmuting is one tap, here or in the live room, and the replay heals: a reversed mute puts the messages back on the record.

Hard lines that hold no matter what

House rules

One line the moderator actually reads — “keep it PG,” “no spoilers for this one's guest.” It can tighten the stance above; it can never loosen the hard lines.

The in-room tools

Schedule a show

A scheduled show gets an RSVP page, a waiting room, and a door you can price — tickets, Pass gates, early bird, seats.

The control room and the waiting room

Two rooms before the show: the control room is your driving seat, and the waiting room is the live's own page where your fans wait.

GO LIVE

The one button: the exact reach number on screen before you tap, every platform at once, and a receipt after that sums.

The cut: CUT THE SOCIALS

Mid-stream, swap every social feed to the card and finish backstage. The feeds don't end — they show the way in.

Stages: breakouts and the After-Party

A second room on the same live, off the public feeds — its own door, its own chat, its own replay.

The drop

Stage it before doors, fire it when the moment's right. Numbered units, a 60-second hold, and money only ever moves on CONFIRM.
