What we keep, who sees it, and the dials you hold.
What we keep.
Your key: the phone number or email you sign in with. Your choices: who you follow, which channels you allow per creator, frequency caps, quiet hours, room privacy — every change you make is a dated record, and a setting you never touch writes nothing. Your consents: each opt-in and opt-out, with when and where it happened. What happened in rooms: chat messages, hearts, and tips carry a timestamp from stream start, because they are the replay's record — the night plays back the way it happened. Receipts: one row per notification actually sent to you; that is how the counts stay honest. Money: your Passes, tickets, and tips, with the biller's confirmed charges underneath. Whop processes every payment — card numbers never touch our servers.
Who sees what.
The creator you follow sees you: the contact you used, the consents you granted, how reachable you are, and the rooms you were in. That is the product — following a creator adds you to a list that creator owns and can export. What they never see: which settings you chose, what you declined, or your quiet hours — creator screens show aggregates, never a named refusal. Where you've set your room privacy, the room sees you as "A fan" and a silent tip lands with no callout. Other fans see what you do in the room: your name on your messages, your tips unless you tip silently.
What we never do.
We don't sell your data, and there are no third-party advertising trackers on these pages. Your content and your messages never train generative models — the covenant. We never fake a count, and we never quietly drop a message: a held send shows up on the receipt as held.
AI in the loop, disclosed.
Rooms are screened by an AI moderator under the creator's policy, with a human ceiling on what it may do and a written log of everything it does. Where a creator's direct line is answered by an AI, the thread says so itself.
The dials you hold.
Per-creator channels and frequency caps, quiet hours, and room privacy live in your settings. Every email carries a one-tap unsubscribe scoped to the creator who sent it, with a global stop one tap away; every text honors STOP. Your choices beat any creator preference, always.
Deleting your account.
Delete your account any day, from settings. Renewals are canceled with the biller first, then your name, contact details, push tokens, and opt-ins are erased. Tickets, tips, and charges survive as anonymized financial records, as the law requires — nothing else does.
Who carries the data.
Payments: Whop, the merchant of record. Video: Cloudflare Stream carries the live feed and the replays. Emails and texts ride delivery providers under contract, and each send is one row on our books either way. We keep operational records only as long as the account they serve.
