BackstagePass is one feature: GO LIVE. One tap puts a creator live on every platform they already stream to and in a room of their own, and tells every fan they own — with the exact reach number on screen before the tap. Mid-stream, the creator can cut the public feeds and finish the show backstage, in the room. When it ends, the replay files itself and keeps working.
The words the product uses
A concert has a backstage, and the backstage has a door. The product's names follow the metaphor where the value is, and stay plain everywhere else.
- The Room — the creator's own live page, at their own address. Chat, hearts, tips; nobody can take it away.
- The Front Stage — the social platforms a stream also plays on: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X — plus anywhere else that takes a plain RTMP key.
- The Door — how access works. A show can be open to everyone, behind a Pass, or behind a ticket. Whether the door opens for you is checked live, every time.
- Going Backstage — the mid-stream cut. The button says CUT THE SOCIALS; the fans over there see a card that says the live has moved Backstage, with the way in on it.
- Encores — the replay shelf. Every replay plays the room back: chat, hearts and tips land on the exact beat they happened.
- Sound Check — the pre-show check that every connected feed is ready before doors.
- The Guest List — the audience the creator owns: names, reach, consents, exportable any day.
What BackstagePass looks like most of the time
Live is bursty. Most of the time BackstagePass is the replay library — the Encores shelf — because a stream keeps earning after it ends. A replay here is the room itself played back, with the crowd's loudest moments marked on the timeline.
Two promises that hold everywhere
Every number is real. Reach previews, delivery receipts, seat counts, room counts — all of them come from counted rows, the same way before, during and after. When a message is held (quiet hours, a fan's own settings), the receipt says so instead of hiding it.
Watching stays free. Money only ever buys proximity — standing in the room, a seat for a night, the after-party, a numbered unit fired live. Never stored files.
